The Challenge

This mid-tier NEET coaching center in North India has 200 students across two batches — regular (Class 12 appearing) and dropper (repeating after Class 12). The center had a competent faculty of 12 teachers across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, but was struggling with a problem common to mid-sized coaching centers: their NEET cutoff clearance rate had plateaued at 55-60% for three consecutive years.

The core issue wasn't teaching quality — it was practice quality. Students attended 4-hour classroom sessions but their self-study was unstructured. Most students defaulted to re-reading notes or randomly solving PYQs without tracking which topics needed more work. The coaching center's weekly tests identified problems, but by then it was often too late to remediate before the next topic was introduced.

The center's director had tried assigning more homework and adding extra doubt-clearing sessions. Both approaches increased faculty workload without meaningfully improving outcomes. The Solution

The coaching center integrated Super Tutor as a mandatory practice platform starting June 2025, eight months before NEET 2026. Every student was required to complete a minimum of 45 minutes of AI-guided practice daily — in addition to classroom instruction.

The implementation was structured around three pillars. First, the AI identified each student's weak topics through an initial diagnostic assessment covering all three subjects. Students received personalized daily practice sets that spent more time on weak areas and less on topics they'd already mastered. Second, the coaching center's faculty used the dashboard to monitor which students were falling behind and conducted targeted intervention sessions every Saturday based on platform data.

Third — and this proved to be the differentiator — the mock test schedule was synced between the coaching center and Super Tutor. After every classroom mock test, students received AI-generated remedial practice targeting the specific questions they got wrong. Instead of reviewing a mock test once and moving on, students were forced to practice their weak areas until the AI detected genuine improvement. Improvement in Biology Scores
